We accept all major credit cards via a secure gateway with Stripe, we also accept online internet banking for those who do not wish to use Mastercard, Visa or other Debit/Credit cards. These payments are processed by Stripe for all credit/debit cards and not processed by us in any way. For internet banking processed by your bank, payments must be received before your order will be shipped to you. For those who are local to Whangarei, we also offer paywave on our local deliveries.

Yes we do. International orders are shipped via NZ Post's international service. Please contact us for shipping to your destination so we may accurately price your shipping cost. Items may be subject to import duties and taxes, we have no control over customs and clearance charges they may charge you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so if you require further information you should contact your local customs office.

Yes we do. We require 6 weeks notice for custom orders. So make sure you order well in advance to ensure your order is ready for you when you require it. Cancellations of any custom orders will incur a 15% fee and will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of creating the customised order for you. Each soap can vary as they are all handmade and each bar is cut by hand. So they are approx 110 - 130gms each unless stated.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your order was received damaged. We package our products very well to ensure they safely arrive to you in the condition they were sent in. If for some reason they have arrived damaged, let us know immediately to arrange for an exchange or refund. If we have sold out of the particular product you purchased we will offer an exchange for a similar product, alternatively we will refund you the product price (not the shipping cost). For all returns/exchanges shipping will be additional.
